Inside Sales Representative

What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are the cornerstone of our commercial process. With your persuasive skills and enthusiasm, you’ll generate new leads and close deals. You will:

• Build strong relationships with (potential) clients and discover how we can truly help them.
• Generate leads and follow them up using our CRM system.
• Present our solution via platforms such as Microsoft Teams and convince clients of its benefits.
• Independently draft quotes and handle client requests.
• Work accurately and keep client information up-to-date in the CRM system.
• Thrive in an international environment and are fluent in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Together with your marketing colleague, you’ll develop creative strategies to attract new customers, ensuring no two days are the same.

Who are you?

You are driven, communicative, and result-oriented. Additionally:

• You have a commercial mindset and take initiative to approach clients.
• You are customer-focused, stress-resistant, and accurate.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of German or French is a plus.
• You have experience with CRM systems or quickly learn how to use them.
